Delivery Lead for a key project as part of the Reform Programme, which aims to transform the entire HM Court & Tribunals Service. Delivering high quality digital products and services, modernising the court estate and updating and replacing its technology.
UK Parliament
A key leadership role to establish, manage and continuously improve delivery of the Digital Parliament Portfolio. The Portfolio is responsible for transformation of core digital services and includes design and delivery of a new website for Parliament.
Transport for London
Technical Delivery Manager for a cutting edge, high traffic, world leading site. The responsive site was built to work on any device, has a user centred design focussing on customer needs without compromising on design or functionality.
Foreign & Commonwealth Office
Project Manager and SRO for all web products here in the UK and overseas. This role required DV Clearance due to the sensitive data involved, and security was of utmost importance. The main aim was to modernise the site and change to a user centered design.
Home Office
Multiple delivery roles over a 3 year period for various departments within the Home Office. Main deliverables included multiple web and internet sites for the Identity & Passport Service, General Register Office and Home Office units based at 2 Marsham Street,
Ministry of Defence
Multiple roles in the UK, and overseas working in Bosnia, Kosovo and Croatia. Working for eight years across many technical disciplines including Systems Manager, Web Services Manager, Service Desk Manager and Systems Manager & Support Technician.
